Regardless of what this ends up being, nothing beats the hypothetical "I'm actually implementing the combinatoric colors version of the color wheels," you could've done.
I feel fear.
I love how quick this got 5 comments, it takes any other post a few days usually.
So, at the risk of asking this question an hour and a half early, this is probably as good a place as any to bring up the question. In two and a half months, it will have been a full year since the last major release of the DT3 demo. Any idea when the next version will hit the shelves?
Yep, when the full game is done.Though I might release a certain scenario down the road.
Ah, I wasn't aware we were done with demos.Well then.*Sits.*
Are the munchers in Extra Gate A different from the ones in normal Gate A? Aside from having a different dev comment, I felt like the normal munchers didn't have a hitbox until their mouths closed, but these ones seemed to have one all the time.I'm playing through again, and I decided I would do the Water Temple *without* abusing game overs to manipulate the water levels. Surprisingly, it wasn't that bad! And, while we all love Death to pieces, I really think water serpent dude deserves some praise. It's a really good use of random bullets without being bullshitty. It's also the best at raising the intensity thematically. Every boss gets harder as their health lowers, but environment changes are rare, and none is as impressive as the water raising the platforms.I probably never really focused on the boss's good points before now because this was the first time I didn't want to rip my hair out after finishing the water temple.
The Munchers are the same object, just different commentary. I'll take a look at the Munchers sometime, (Will make a note) and make sure their hit state is being set at the right time.On your other comment; other fights will be changing the environment too, I gotta agree with your points there.
